Tour-Categories

Our tours differ in terms of destination, duration, skill level, and more.
Another key factor is how each tour is structured, as shown in the categories below.

Distance Rides

These tours are all about covering long distances and exploring wide areas. That means smooth, flowing rides with just a few short stops during the day and frequent - usually daily - hotel changes. Depending on the route, daily stages can range from 350 to 450 km, and even more when heading into the target region.

We choose hotels more for their convenience along the route than for their star rating.

Distance rides give the group the chance to reach far-off destinations right from the starting point - think Pyrenees or Carpathians. These rides require solid riding stamina and good group discipline. Having your bike, gear, and luggage dialed in is even more important than on shorter tours or basecamp-style rides. As always, there’s no support vehicle - we travel lean and self-sufficient.

Basecamp Rides

These offer a more relaxed travel vibe. After the initial ride to our destination, we settle into one base hotel and do full-day rides from there - typically between 200 and 350 km per day.

During these day trips, we ride light- no or minimal luggage - and return to our basecamp every evening. Want to take a day off or go off solo? That’s totally fine too. Typical destinations include South Tyrol, Trentino, the Maritime Alps, and Sardinia.

Quick Escapes

"Quick Escapes" are short-notice trips with a maximum of  1–2 overnight stays.

These are limited in range, usually heading to spots like Switzerland, Austria, South Tyrol, Trentino, or the Black Forest. You’ll usually need to sign up just 1–2 weeks in advance, and hotel bookings might happen on the fly.

There are special booking and cancellation terms for these (you’ll pay hotels directly).

Specials

One of our absolute favorites is the „Winter Escape“ to Andalusia, usually happening between February–April and November–December. The name says it all: a perfect escape from the cold.

You can either rent a bike in Málaga or have your own shipped down. Various trip lengths are available, and you can even combine multiple time slots.

Another current favorite is our „Custom Specials.” These rides are made for PetrolHeads and Nerds with bikes one of a kind. The motto: Ride in Style. Think modern classics like the BMW NineT,  Moto Guzzi, Triumphs, Nortons - you get the idea. Scramblers, café racers, retro and custom builds are right at home here. Bikes out of the box will not be registered.

But don’t expect a chill “Gentleman’s Ride” to the nearest gelato spot. We’re still talking proper tours, with real distances. That means your bike needs to be road-ready and reliable. Hardcore choppers or fragile classics may not be the best fit.

Another type of special are our „Challenges“. These are all about reaching epic landmarks or completing serious routes. On the other hand, we don’t just want to reach our destinations somehow – we want to fully commit to pure motorcycling. That means we travel light, without unnecessary baggage or support vehicles.
Our daily stages are ambitious, and the evenings at the hotel are a well-earned reward for the hours in the saddle.
The demands placed on both rider and machine are higher than on standard tours. Therefore, this tour is aimed exclusively at experienced, confident cornering riders.

Currently in the works: the Alps Challenge 2026, from Vienna to Nice - a fast-paced, full-on east-to-west crossing of the Alps, covering around 3,000 km and including the most iconic mountain passes.

Other challenges? Sure - why not North Cape to Gibraltar?

Ride with Friends

This one’s for private groups who want to ride together. Pretty much any destination and date is possible. If there’s something on your bucket list, just tell us - we’ll be happy to create a custom offer just for you.
